Refund Policy

1. No Medical Advice

1. Corporate Clients

1.1 Prepaid Accounts: Corporate clients may prepay for services and deposit funds into a prepaid account with Xaftercare. These funds are used to access and utilize our various services.

1.2 Unused Funds: Corporate clients who have prepaid for services but have not utilized the full amount in their prepaid account may request a refund for the unused balance. The refund request must be made in writing and sent to admin@Xaftercare.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to the verification of the unused balance.

1.3 Refund Method: Refunds to corporate clients will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.4 Conditions for Refund: Refunds will only be provided for the unused portion of the prepaid account. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for funds that have been allocated for scheduled services.

2. Direct Users (Clients, Patients)

2.1 No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds to direct users (clients, patients) for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the user chooses not to use our services after payment or is dissatisfied with the services provided.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services: All services provided to direct users are considered non-refundable once payment is received. This applies to all types of services, including but not limited to emails, texts, multimedia educational content, virtual counseling, forums, chat groups, and any other related services.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Changes to Services: Xaftercare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided to direct users, and refunds to corporate clients will only be provided for the unused portion of the prepaid account.

3.2 Force Majeure: Xaftercare is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, and natural disasters. In such events, no refunds will be provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xaftercare and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on our services; or (iv) any other matter relating to our services.

5. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New South Wales, Australia, and the United States to resolve any legal matter arising from this Policy or related to your use of our services.
